We are so fortunate in Launceston and the surrounding areas to have such a strong community of female cyclists and we are dedicated to supporting women on their bikes to achieve their cycling goals whatever they may be. Our female customers range from those who like to take to the paths with their children on weekends to those competing in Championship races and each get treated with respect, honesty and our friendly service.
We know things can be daunting and we recognise that cycling shops can be predominantly male staffed and owned so here at Launceston Cycles we have a dedicated female ambassador on hand to support you with all your cycling needs. Kayleigh is often in store on Saturdays but is also on hand via our social media and email when needed. A local cyclist herself and proud Liv Ambassador she can support and guide you as required.
We stock a wide range of female specific bikes in store and customers often ask what the difference is between male and female framesets and there are a number of well-designed alterations that make sure your women’s bike is suitable for the female frame, we can discuss this with you further in store.
